Infrared PEMF Mat Sample Inspection Checklist
Check the sample against its agreed specification and record decisions for production.
Start with the agreed version.
An infrared PEMF mat sample is useful when it represents the product your team intends to order. Keep the quotation, model specification, agreed change list and packing requirements together before reviewing the sample. We use those records to identify the version and discuss any revisions.
Include the collection as well as the model code. A repeated code in another collection can have different materials, dimensions or lights. If your brief is still being prepared, use our OEM brief guide before ordering a sample.
1. Check the format, surface and handling.
- Compare the dimensions with the agreed specification.
- Review the crystal, jade or ceramic composition and surface arrangement.
- Check the mesh, seams, outer frame, finish and logo positions.
- Review the product’s weight, thickness, storage and intended placement.
- Check the fit and fastening of a belt, or the shape and placement of a pillow or compact mat.
Record the location of an appearance issue with a clear photograph. Identify whether you want a correction to the sample or a change to the approved design. Our material comparison provides examples of crystal, ceramic and combined surfaces.
2. Match the controller, label and accessories.
Compare the controller version, voltage label, power specification, plug, connectors and included cables with the written configuration. Check that the manual belongs to the same model and explains the selected controls.
For a coordinated range, review each format separately. A full-body mat, compact mat and belt can share a brand finish while having different power ratings, coil counts and accessories.
Record missing or mismatched items before approval. If a label, connector or operating instruction is inconsistent, ask us to resolve it before operating that sample.
3. Review the agreed functions using the model instructions.
Follow the operating instructions for the supplied version. Check the controller display, selected heating controls, timer and program selection against the specified functions. For light-equipped models, use the documented function checks for the selected red or near-infrared configuration.
Check that the specification identifies the PEMF coil quantity and program configuration. When your procurement process requires test records, agree the method and required evidence with us during sampling. Appearance and a functioning display alone do not establish every electrical output parameter.
Keep any required laboratory or destination-market review separate from the appearance check. We confirm the applicable scope and supporting documents for the actual model and version. The quality page describes our material, assembly and electrical-function checks.
4. Review packing and product documents.
- Check the carry bag, cover and other agreed accessories.
- Compare logo artwork, labels, manual language and packing contents.
- Review the retail box and transport protection for the intended sales channel.
- Confirm packed dimensions and shipping weight for the approved version.
- Check the issuing entity, model and scope of any requested certificate or test document.
A general factory document or a report for another model should not be treated as proof for every version. Include your document requirements in the first inquiry so they can be reviewed alongside the sample configuration.
Our packing and shipment overview explains which order details we coordinate before dispatch.
5. Keep a written sample approval record.
Use a short decision table to prevent an approved feature from being confused with a requested revision.
| Item | Reference | Decision to record |
|---|---|---|
| Model and functions | Model specification and change list | Approved configuration or requested revision |
| Materials and exterior | Material list, layout and finish sample | Approved appearance, with photographs |
| Controller and electrical version | Controller instructions and electrical specification | Approved version and included accessories |
| Branding and packing | Artwork, manual and packing reference | Approved files and packing contents |
Send us the model, photographs, item-by-item comments and your decision. We review revisions and confirm the production specification before the order moves forward. For a new project, request the selected model specification and sample quotation.
