01 / Three starting points

Choose the scope
that fits your next launch.

A branded catalog model, a product revision and a new custom platform need different levels of development. The quotation states the sample scope, minimum quantity and timing for your version.

01 / Private label

Adapt a production model.

Start with an existing platform. Define branding, outer finish, manual, packaging and the regional electrical version.

  • Catalog model and function configuration
  • Logo placement and approved artwork
  • Labels, manual and packing contents
First reference: a model code
02 / Product revision

Develop a different version.

Change the size, mineral layout, exterior, handling or selected functions of an existing product type.

  • What changes and why it matters
  • Construction and controller implications
  • Sample checks for the revised product
First reference: model + change list
03 / Custom development

Work from your own brief.

Define a new combination of format, construction and functions. Review the technical feasibility before approving the sample plan.

  • Dimensions, materials and functional target
  • Electronics and interface requirements
  • Development scope and production references
First reference: design + specifications

02 / Product views & production examples

Nine views.
More ways to shape your range.

OEM / ODM questions

Before quotation
and sampling.

What quantity should we plan for?

Many standard platforms can start at 5–10 units. Branding-only orders and extensive custom development can have different minimums. Our full-customization guideline on Meragen is 100 units; the final minimum is quoted after the material, electronic and packing changes are defined.

Can we send an existing product as a reference?

Yes. Include the dimensions, functions and the changes you want to make. A reference helps define the visual and technical brief; the sample plan states what will be developed for your version.

Can we develop a lighter or more flexible version?

Include the desired weight, thickness and handling in the brief. These are evaluated alongside the mineral quantity, padding, electrical assembly and durability requirements. Development and sampling align the structure with your handling requirements.

Can the same brand cover mats, belts and pillows?

Yes. The catalog includes coordinated families across several formats. A common material palette, exterior finish, logo and packaging can connect the range while each format retains its own electrical specification.

Can we change the controller or add another function?

The controller, mat wiring and selected modules must be compatible. Share the required programs, controls, display and accessories so we can assess the electronic development and sample scope.

What files are useful for a first inquiry?

A model or product reference, a short change list, quantity and destination are enough to begin. Include artwork, packaging specifications and requested documents if already available.

How are warranty and replacement arrangements confirmed?

The quotation and order terms identify the warranty, replacement process, spare parts and controller version for your product. Confirm these in writing with the sample and purchase order.

Tell us the version you want to build.

Send a model or reference, your required changes, planned quantity and delivery country.
