Infrared PEMF Mats with Red Light: A Configuration Guide

Specify heating, PEMF, red light and near-infrared light as separate functions in the same product.

Infrared heating, PEMF and LEDs need separate specifications.

We manufacture infrared PEMF mats with several light configurations. When a brand requests an infrared PEMF mat with red light, we identify the heating assembly, PEMF system and LED functions separately before preparing the quotation and sample.

Infrared heating uses the product’s heating assembly and temperature controls. Red and near-infrared light use specified LEDs. PEMF uses the coil assembly and program controls. These systems can share a controller while retaining different electrical and operating requirements.

A product’s heating temperature does not state its LED wavelength. Its LED count does not state the PEMF output. A complete product brief identifies each selected function and the controls your customers will use.

Distinguish red-only and red/NIR configurations.

Our selected light-equipped platforms include 660 nm red LEDs and, on dual-band models, 850 nm near-infrared LEDs. Red-only models and dual-band models have different specifications.

For example, B190 lists 156 red LEDs at 660 nm. G2613 lists 156 LEDs split between 96 red and 60 NIR. A063 lists 154 LEDs split between 66 red and 88 NIR.

Include the wavelength, quantity, placement and intended controls in a custom brief. We review the assembly and controller implications for the selected version. The technology page shows our approach to light integration.

Compare complete model configurations.

These examples include red/NIR, red-only, PEMF without photon LEDs, and a heating-only model. They are different starting platforms for an OEM order.

A7000 lists heating, PEMF and TENS with no photon LEDs in its standard configuration. LKT190 is a heating-only platform with no photon LEDs. Review the full model specification when comparing either with a light-equipped mat.

Agree the controller and operating instructions.

List which functions you need to select, adjust or time. Review the display, button legends, program choices, connectors and included accessories against the actual model. The function name alone does not establish how that version is controlled.

If TENS is part of the brief, identify it separately from PEMF and list the required accessories. For an existing platform, request the selected controller specification and instructions. For a revised interface or function layout, we assess the development scope before preparing the sample.

The electrical version, plug and labels also belong to the approved configuration. Include the delivery country and requested documents in the first inquiry.

Use the sample and specification to approve the version.

Review the LED layout, heating controls, PEMF configuration and controller against the written sample specification. A similar surface photograph does not establish that two mats have the same functions.

When your buying process requires an output measurement or test report, agree the parameter, method and document scope with us. LED quantity and wavelength alone do not establish measured light intensity or dose. PEMF coil count and frequency alone do not establish magnetic-field strength.

Our quality and export document page explains the model and document review. The sample inspection checklist helps you record the approved version and any requested revisions.

Send a function brief we can quote.

Include the collection or model, dimensions, materials, heating requirements, PEMF configuration, selected LED wavelengths, controller changes and any TENS accessories. Add branding, sample quantity, planned order quantity and delivery country.

We use the existing model specification as the starting point and quote the required changes, sample scope and production terms. Use our OEM brief guide to organize the information, then send us your configuration requirements.
