Full-Body vs Compact Infrared PEMF Mats: Choosing a Format for Your Brand
Match the dimensions, placement and handling to the product your customers will use.
Start with placement and available space.
We manufacture full-body, compact and bed-size infrared PEMF mats, together with waist belts and pillows. The right starting format depends on where the product will be placed, how your customers will handle it and which functions your brand wants to supply.
For a full-body mat, include the resting surface or massage-table dimensions in the brief. For a compact mat used on a chair or behind the back, include the seat, backrest and cable positions. A bed-size model needs its own dimensions, handling and storage review.
Choose the format before finalizing the surface design and controller. We review the dimensions alongside the crystal or ceramic arrangement, padding, electrical assembly and packing.
Compare the actual model dimensions.
Full-body and compact are format descriptions. Use the model’s stated dimensions when comparing fit. The following configurations come from our selected product specifications.
| Model | Format | Dimensions | PEMF |
|---|---|---|---|
| G2613 | Full-body | 73.5 × 185 cm | 6 coils · 3–64 Hz |
| A063 | Full-body | 80 × 190 cm | 6 coils · 3–64 Hz |
| E2610 | Compact | 38 × 70 cm | 2 coils · 3–64 Hz |
| LKP85 | Compact | 45 × 92 cm | 2 coils · 3–64 Hz |
| T1500 | Queen | 150 × 200 cm | 12 coils · 3–64 Hz |
G2613 and A063 have different full-body dimensions. E2610 and LKP85 are both compact models, with different sizes and materials. T1500 is a wider queen-size ceramic format. Each product page lists its own surface and electrical configuration.
For a 47 × 85 cm compact format, our A Series table includes A030. Identify the collection as well as the model code when requesting a sample.
Review compact mats in their intended position.
A compact mat selected for seated use should be reviewed on the intended chair or behind the back. Check the available space, how the surface sits against the chair and where the controller cable will exit. Include the support and any cover requirements in your brief.
For a 47 × 85 cm back or chair format, review the fit in that position. E2610’s 38 × 70 cm dimensions and LKP85’s 45 × 92 cm dimensions need their own fit checks; a photograph of a compact product does not establish another model’s size.
Our waist belts are a separate format. The A020 crystal PEMF belt is specified at 24 × 140 cm. Review its waist fit, fastening and inner contact surface on the sample.
Specify the functions for each size.
The compact version of a range can have a different coil count, LED layout and power rating from the full-body version. For example, G2613 lists six PEMF coils, while E2610 lists two. Their published light quantities also differ.
Record the heating controls, PEMF configuration, light wavelengths and controller separately for every format you want to launch. Our red light and PEMF configuration guide shows how to compare those systems.
A shared brand finish can connect several formats. Their dimensions, accessories, instructions and packing still belong to each model’s approved specification.
Include handling, storage and packing in the sample review.
- Check product weight and thickness for the selected version.
- Review the permitted storage method and instructions supplied with that model.
- Confirm the carry bag, protective cover and accessories you need.
- Obtain packed dimensions and gross weight before comparing shipping options.
- For chair or table use, review the product on the intended support surface.
We assess a weight or size change together with the internal construction. State a handling target in the brief so we can review what changes and prepare the appropriate sample.
Choose a sample around the decision you need to make.
If your brand is choosing one format, start with the model closest to the intended dimensions and functions. If you are planning a full-body and compact range, review both formats rather than approving the smaller version from photographs of the larger one.
Use our sample inspection checklist to record dimensions, materials, handling, controller, electrical version and packing. Send us the model, intended placement and required changes, together with the sample quantity and delivery country.
